For this project, we were tasked with improving the exterior of a new retail space located in Costa Mesa, CA. Our work was to supply and install powder coated aluminum paneling all around this building. The aluminum paneling acts as a decorative façade utilizing a cascading circular design. In order to install this paneling, Foss designed and installed custom wall industrial support structures which included the use of 1/4” thick aluminum plates and 2” square tube. These wall supports were then bolted to the building and prepped to hold the façade paneling. Once the industrial support systems was prepared, the Foss team then installed the individual façade panels bolting them to the appropriate support structures in an order which creates a cascading circular design. All panels were powder coated to the customer requested specifications to ensure maximum lifespan of the façade and to match the decorative design with the rest of the building.
