Foss continues to provide facility improvements, maintenance, repairs and renovations throughout this customer’s entire production floor & facility. A few of our most notable projects include installing a new industrial oven, running the utility piping for said oven, lining up and anchoring new pieces of machinery, and running various process pipelines for their raw material. All of these projects show our expertise in the food processing industry working with many types of materials including, stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, copper pipe, insulation, concrete, and aluminum to name a few. Additional equipment that Foss has installed for Stauffers include dough feeders, packaging machines, industrial scales & baggers, hoppers, and bucket elevators. Moreover, our fast turnaround times allows our customer to maintain high efficiency output, short production line downtime, and increases in operational capacity.
In addition to the above work, Foss has completed various industrial equipment repairs and fabrication for Stauffers. We have overseen the fabrication and installation modifications on their dough carts, maintenance on safety and access platforms, various machine & robot repairs, and pipeline repairs. Including sanitary piping work that requires specific standards for food processing. Foss also managed all of the work for this customer’s office and staff break room improvements. Our team has also fabricated and installed many of the machine and raw material support structures that are used daily by this customer. Recently, Foss was tasked with overseeing the fabrication, installation, setup, and initiation for heating and airflow upgrades for the entire production room. Supports were fabricated installed and painted by Foss. The ductwork installation was subcontracted and managed by Foss. Foss also handled the rigging and anchoring of the blower units for this project.
